Cancellation Policy is applicable only if claimed within 7 days of purchase. As this time lapses, we don’t entertain queries regarding the cancellation. Also, the cancellation will be processed if found suitable by our team.
- We facilitate canceling orders until they’re not shipped. Once shipped, you may receive the order and then process a refund.
- Only orders with a valid reason for cancellation will be processed.
- Please note that canceled orders will be processed for refunds as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- This portal only accepts prepaid orders. In case you haven’t processed payments then it’s better to stop at this step so that you don’t have to proceed with the cancellation.
- Confirmation receipt is provided after your order is placed. In case you don’t get the receipt then your order is still under process.
